We had a blast hosting our first InstaMeet at The Plot yesterday! Lots of 757 cities represented and even some folks from outside the 757 showed up. Many thanks to @eatthestreets757 and @twistedsisterscupcakes for coming out and providing some delicious eats. Photos are still being added to the event hashtag, #WWIM11_757. We’ll be featuring shots from the meet all this week. If you couldn’t make it out this time, no worries, we’ll be hosting another meet this summer. 757 Collective is excited to host the 11th Worldwide InstaMeet for southeastern Virginia on Saturday March 21 at 5pm. We’ll be meeting at The Plot in the Norfolk Arts District to explore the area (Arts District, Freemason and Downtown) and use the hashtags #WWIM11 and #757WWIM11 on the photos we take. Since the earliest days of Instagram people have been meeting up to take photos and videos together. As the community has grown around the world, so too has the occurrence of InstaMeets: gatherings of people coming together to connect, explore, and celebrate their creativity. Join us.
